Welcome to Teamwork SEO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Teamwork SEO ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Teamwork SEO Shopify application as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

We offer various subscription plans for our services. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
